Taking A Bold Step:
Growing pains are never easy, but the company made the decision to quarantine its steel - made product line to avoid oxidation/rust issues the company began to detect after years of test marketing the steel-made product line in various test markets around the country. According to founder Bobbie Cox, “Postal Vault stands for EXCELLENCE and is setting the “gold” standard for the secure mailbox category and we will only produce products that measure up and/or exceed our QUALITY of EXCELLENCE standards.” This has resulted in the company taking the BOLD step to take the product line to a whole new level.
The company has also created a strategic alliance with MVP Plastics (a minority-owned company based in Newton Falls, OH) to manufacture the product which will allow the company to carry the label “MADE IN THE USA.”
