Bobbie J. Cox – Co-Founder, President, CEO and Director

Bobbie J. Cox founded Postal Hawk Corp., an indirect predecessor of the Company, along with her husband Jim, in 1998.  Upon the passing of Mr. Cox in November of 1999, Ms. Cox continued as and currently serves as President/CEO of Postal Hawk Corp.  She has been involved in every phase of the Company’s strategic growth and heavily involved in spearheading the design of the Postal Vault, which was recently voted “Most Innovative Product of the Year” by the Darden Graduate School of Business and the Harvard Business School.  She has been the focus of a number of news articles on female entrepreneurship and was the featured speaker at the National Student Advertising Competition in 2006 when the Postal Vault was chosen to be the focus of that year’s national competition.

Ms. Cox began her business career at an early age working in her family’s hotel development business.  In 1974, Ms. Cox, along with her husband, started B.J. Construction.  Using the business savvy and negotiating skills she learned growing up in an entrepreneurial family business, Ms. Cox became instrumental in landing difficult business contracts that proved very fruitful for the business.  Ms. Cox negotiated and was successful in securing contracts to build over 17 Frito-Lay Distribution Centers in California over a ten year period.

Mr. and Mrs. Cox then turned their attention to shopping centers and hotel development.  When the construction market took a downturn in the late 1980’s and early 1990’s, Ms. Cox made the decision to channel their skills in a new direction where her creative strategic talents, along with Mr. Cox’s niche for finding marketable (but under marketed) products could better be utilized.  As a result, B.J. Marketing was founded in 1993, which later became Postal Vault Systems and launched the birth of the original Postal Vault product line which became Ms. Cox’s main focus of attention.

Philanthropically, Ms. Cox created a non-profit organization, www.branchtohope.org, which counsels and provides support for alternative treatments in Germany for cancer versus U.S.- recommended treatments of chemo - and radiation therapy and is heavily involved in teaching Bible-based studies.  Ms. Cox attended Texas Women’s University as a music major with extended studies at SMU.

Charles “Chuck” Hosier – Co-Founder, Executive Vice President and Director

In March 2000, Mrs. Cox realized the need to bring in additional management skills.  As a result she recruited Mr. Hosier to come in and act as Executive Vice-President of Sales and Marketing.  Mr. Hosier had previously worked and consulted with both Mr. and Mrs. Cox during the early development stages of the original Postal Vault products.
He has worked for some of the top advertising and marketing firms in the country including J. Walter Thompson Company, Tracy-Locke/BBDO, Bozell & Jacobs, McDonald’s Corporation, and Bates, USA.  Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Hosier served as Director of Private Label Sales for AmeriServe, the country’s second largest wholesale food distributor.
